  • Approved for use with post-installed rebars concrete (EAD 330087-01-0601).
  • Approved for use in non-cracked concrete (EAD 330499-02-0601), working life up to 100 years.
  • Seismic approval for categories C1 and C2.
  • The extended open time allows bar insertion to the required depth even at high temperatures. The short curing time enables continuation of work on the same day.

Installation manual

Installation step by step

Drill a hole of appropriate diameter and depth.

Blow out the dust at least 4 times with the hand pump.

Remove drill cuttings in the hole using the brush four times.

Blow out the dust at least 4 times with the hand pump.

Insert cartridge into the gun and attach the nozzle.

​When beginning dispensing from a new cartouche, discard approximately 10 cm of resin to ensure thorough mixing of the components.

Fill the hole 70% with resin (follow the assembly instructions specific to the type of resin).

Immediately insert the rebar, slowly and with slight twisting motion. Remove any excess resin around the hole before it sets and leave it undisturbed until the curing time elapses.

Leave the anchor undisturbed unitl the curing time elapses.

10

Tighten to the recommended torque.
