Hardened surface of the thread (flexible core). Corrosion resistant zinc coating has a thickness of no less than 12um.
The shape of the thread and its height is designed for applications into sandwich panels and steel construction.
The stainless steel self-drilling screw manufactured in BIMETAL technology combines high mechanical strength with excellent corrosion resistance.

The self-vulcanizing EPDM sealing washer is resistant to UV radiation, ageing, and temperature fluctuations. It guarantees long-term watertightness and protects the joint against water ingress.
Two types of threads: one designed for mounting into a steel structure, second under head thread, prevents external panel dents and helps to seal the connection.
The optimised drill point geometry enables efficient drilling in steel, reducing installation time and increasing assembly efficiency
