Five calculation categories

They enable the performance of design calculations tailored to the needs of the investment. Based on the entered data, even the most specific ones, they allow for the selection of optimal quantitative and qualitative solutions.

Anchors.

Select the anchoring method appropriate to the type of substrate and the specifics of the project. You have four modules to choose from: Concrete, Masonry, Railing, and Resin Consumption Calculator. Use the EasyFix program to find the optimal type of fastening and accurately calculate its quantity.

Watch presentation

Module Concrete

Module that allows you to independently select the best type of fastening for concrete substrates. You can easily determine the optimal anchoring method and calculate the required number of mechanical fasteners or resin. You'll also find out how to best position the fasteners on the mounted element, taking into account the loads specific to your region and the type of project.

Watch presentation

Module Masonry

Design the fastening method for masonry substrates, taking into account the specific requirements of your project. With the EasyFix program, you can model various types of substrates (such as solid, hollow, or lightweight concrete) and input loads specific to your region.

Watch presentation

Module Balustrade

Design fastenings for concrete substrates using layouts tailored to the installation of safety barriers. The EasyFix program applies the guidelines of the EN 1991-1-1 standard, which recommends a range of characteristic loads for different usage categories.

Resin consumption calculator

Using our Resin Consumption Calculator, you can independently select the appropriate type of chemical anchors for your project. The tool allows you to calculate, among other things, the amount of resin needed to fasten a rod in a hole of actual dimensions and determine the exact number of product packages required for the installation work.

Use the calculator

Concrete structures.

You will independently perform the necessary anchoring calculations for concrete substrates using the EasyFix program. Design fastenings in modules such as Rebar and Overlay Concrete, and calculate the amount of resin required for the selected type of fastening.

Watch presentation

Module Rebar

You can perform the necessary calculations for designing the bonding of reinforcement bars in concrete substrates. The module allows for the design of reinforcement continuity according to EUROCODE 2 guidelines, calculating internal forces in the cross-sections of both existing and newly bonded bars, depending on the project's specifics.

Watch presentation

Module Concrete overlay

Perform the necessary calculations for designing the bonding of reinforcement bars in concrete substrates. Using the Concrete Overlay module in the EasyFix program, you will design the extension of reinforced concrete elements tailored to the requirements of your project.

Wind calculations.

Prepare a fastening design taking into account wind loads in concrete, steel, and wooden substrates. The EasyFix tool offers extensive design capabilities, allowing you to input any shape of the structure tailored to the specifics of your project.

Watch presentation

Module Roof insulation

Select the optimal type and length of fasteners needed for roof insulation installation. With the EasyFix program, you can account for parameters such as trapezoidal sheet pitch and precisely design slopes and counter-slopes on the roof surface, taking into account wind zones and terrain categories. Choose strong and durable fastening, regardless of the type of project.

Watch presentation

Module ETICS facade

Design fastenings, taking into account wind loads in concrete, masonry, steel, and wooden substrates. The EasyFix program allows you to exclude window openings or entire walls from calculations. The calculations are based on wind standards and fastener tests in compliance with ETAG 014. Use the option to select wind zones and terrain categories based on maps for many European countries.

Watch presentation

Module Roof steel sheet

Select the appropriate fastenings for steel elements in roofing structures, in accordance with the standards EN 1991-1-4 (Eurocode 1: Actions on structures — Part 1-4: General actions — Wind actions) and EAD 330046-01-0602 (Screws for metal elements and sheets). Consider key parameters such as the shape of the flat roof surface and the type of substrate, and optimize the fastening length to ensure durability and stability of the structure.

Watch presentation

Module Facade steel sheet

Select the appropriate fastenings for steel elements in roofing structures, in accordance with the standards EN 1991-1-4 (Eurocode 1: Actions on structures — Part 1-4: General actions — Wind actions) and EAD 330046-01-0602 (Screws for metal elements and sheets). Take into account parameters such as the shape of the flat roof surface and the type of substrate, and optimize the fastening length to ensure durability and installation safety.

Watch presentation

Module Roof sandwich panel

Select the appropriate roof fastenings for sandwich panels in roofing structures, in accordance with the standards EN 1991-1-4 (Eurocode 1: Actions on structures — Part 1-4: General actions — Wind actions) and EAD 330046-01-0602 (Fastening screws for metal elements and cladding). This ensures solid and durable fastening, tailored to the specific conditions of your project.
