Installation step by step

Drill a hole to the required diameter and depth for rebar size being used.

Remove drill cuttings from the hole by using the hand pump four times. These are necessary pre-installation steps.

Clean drilled hole 4 times.

Fill with resin 70% of the depth of the hole, starting from the bottom of the hole.

Immediately insert the rebar, slowly and with slight twisting motion. Remove any excess resin around the hole before it sets and leave it undisturbed until the curing time elapses.

Place the bar in the hole and allow the setting time to elapse.

Attach fixture and tighten the nut to the required torque.

Properly installed sleeve with internal thread in the concrete base.

9

Screw the rod into the sleeve with internal thread placed in the hole.
