Tetris Hall – a landmark of modern residential architecture in Kyiv
Tetris Hall is a high-end residential complex located in the Pechersk district of Kyiv. The investment comprises two 25-storey towers connected by a panoramic glass bridge on the top floor. Designed for residents seeking premium living standards, the complex combines comfort, aesthetics, and cutting-edge engineering.
The project was developed by KAN Development, one of Ukraine’s leading real estate companies. The architectural concept was created by A. Pashenko Architects, with interiors designed by MONO Architects, landscaping by Kotsiuba Landscape Architecture Studio, and lighting design by Expolight.
High-rise living with premium features
Tetris Hall offers spacious apartments, duplex penthouses, and a three-level underground parking garage. Amenities include a 25-meter rooftop pool, panoramic terraces, relaxation zones, and smart home systems for lighting, heating, and access control. Quiet, high-speed elevators and a 24/7 reception desk ensure comfortable daily living for residents.
Rawlplug solutions used in structural and finishing works
During installation and finishing works in the building, Rawlplug frame fixings R-FF1 were used for anchoring permanent elements in solid substrates such as concrete and masonry. Two variants were applied:
- R-FF1 – 10×100
- R-FF1 – 10×160
These fasteners enabled quick and secure through-installation, delivering excellent load-bearing capacity — a critical feature in monolithic reinforced concrete structures like Tetris Hall.
