Rawlplug on the facades of prestigious hotels in Singapore

Hotels in Singapore are ready to welcome guests, thanks to Rawlplug products and tools. Our solutions were successfully applied during the facade works of the Pan Pacific Hotel and Park Royal (formerly Marina Mandarin), which were completed in 2021.

Pan Pacific Singapore – luxury in the heart of the city

The Pan Pacific Singapore A&A is a five-star hotel, located in Marina Bay, one of the most prestigious districts in the city. The property is within walking distance of renowned landmarks and tourist attractions, such as Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay, Gardens by the Bay, and Singapore Flyer.

Pan Pacific Singapore is part of Pan Pacific Hotels Group, an international hospitality chain offering luxury accommodations in Asia, North America, Oceania, and Europe.

Modern facade with Rawlplug solutions

In 2021, the facade works on the impressive structure of the hotel were completed. The Singapore branch of Rawlplug actively participated in this project, collaborating with Archilite Engineering Pte Ltd. Our products were first tested and then used for cladding anchoring. The installed solution was Rawlplug R-XPT-IIA4 stainless steel throughbolt anchors, ensuring durability and resistance to the challenging tropical climate of Singapore.

Park Royal (formerly Marina Mandarin) – innovative architecture and modern solutions

The second property in Singapore where facade works were carried out with Rawlplug’s participation is Park Royal (formerly Marina Mandarin). This five-star hotel is located in the heart of the city, near Suntec City and Marina Bay Sands. Designed by John Portman, Marina Mandarin is distinguished by one of the largest open atriums in Southeast Asia, rising 21 stories high, providing remarkable visual effects and optimal air circulation. Thanks to our collaboration with Archilite Engineering Pte Ltd, Rawlplug products were also used in this investment. As in Pan Pacific Singapore, the facade cladding was installed using Rawlplug R-XPT-IIA4 stainless steel throughbolt anchors.
