Thames Quarter Apartments

For the construction of the Thames Quarter Apartments residential complex in Reading, the KER-II-400 bonded anchor and the R-STUDS-08110-A4 metric stainless steel threaded rods where used. 

Those products were used to fix the supports, connecting the vertical bars with the main structure in concrete. Upon the successful completion of the tests by Rawlplug Ltd., and after all reports had been sent to the contractor, Precision Facades, Rawlplug’s distributor Fixings Northwest, delivered the contracted fixings.

The Thames Quarter is a prestigious housing estate adjacent to the Reading railway station, offering more than 300 flats on 23 floors and a variety of leisure facilities, including a cinema, dining areas, and the upper level terraces filled with vegetation.
