  • Facilitates and speeds up surface preparation for the final finish of the façade
  • A support plate with a diameter increased to 120 mm prevents the tool from sinking into the thermal insulation material and eliminates the possibility of pulling the fastener through the insulation
  • Perfectly matched TX40 tip with a socket screw allows easy and stable installation in any conditions
  • Robust construction for increased service life
  • Fastener assembly using a tool and the use of polystyrene cap (R-TFIX-CAP63-EPS) or mineral wool cap (R-TFIX-CAP63-MW) allows to minimize the point thermal permeability of the fasteners

Umieścić R-TFIX-TOOL-CSMP w łbie wkręta R-TFIX-8S-X. Wsunąć kołek w wywiercony otwór.

Po osadzeniu kołka w otworze talerz powinien być dociśnięty do powierzchni termoizolacji. W podłożach kategorii A, B, C, D minimalna głębokość zakotwienia wynosi 25 mm, w podłożu E- gazobetonie - 45 mm.

Podczas dokręcania docisnąć końcówkę, utrzymując precyzyjnie jej prostopadłe położenie względem elewacji. Dokręcać wkręt kołka do momentu osiągnięcia odpowiedniej głębokości zakotwienia (talerz powinien oprzeć się na powierzchni termoizolacji).

After fixing the connector, close the hole with a mineral wool plug.
