Features

Telescopic sleeve for flat roof insulation fixings

  • High impact - resistant material used ensures constant mechanical properties over the lifetime of a roof. Also, retains its properties over a wide temperature range.
  • Should be used with combination of any Rawlplug roofing screws: R-WBT to concrete, R-WX/WO to steel sheat, R-WW to wood.
  • The lenticular shape of the plate ensures a firm pressure on the membrane and no possibility of dragging and deforming the plate during assembly.
  • Internal sleeve design allows pre-assembly with any Rawlplug roofing screw, shortening installation.
  • The lower part of the connector telescope has been designed in the shape of a cone with an optimum angle of inclination which significantly affects the speed of its installation.
  • Guarantees the highest load capacity of the roof construction for both static and dynamic loads in accordance with ETAG006.
  • The reduced diameter makes it easier to pierce the membrane and install in dense materials such as PIR / PUR and mineral wool.
  • Pre-assembled sleeve with a screw shortens the assembly time, additionally it has a security in the form of a locking O-ring, which prevents the screw from slipping out.
  • The engraving on the plate reduces the effect of the notch and crack propagation (spreading of damage in the material subjected to stress).

Installation manual

Installation step by step

Place the plastic sleeve R-GOK-II with the R-WX screw in the insulating material.

Using a driver, screw in the R-GOK-II connector with the R-WX screw until the appropriate depth is achieved.

Properly mounted sleeve R-GOK-II with R-WX screw.

Drill the hole in concrete of required diameter and depth.

Place the plastic sleeve R-GOK-II with the R-WBT screw in the insulating material.

Using a driver, screw in the R-GOK-II connector with the R-WBT screw until the appropriate depth is achieved.

Properly mounted sleeve R-GOK-II with R-WBT screw.

Place the plastic sleeve R-GOK-II with the R-WO screw in the insulating material.

Using a driver, screw in the R-GOK-II connector with the R-WO screw until the appropriate depth is achieved.
