Features

Stainless steel self drilling screw with reduced drilling point guarantees optimum tightness of the fastening

Stainless steel self-drilling screw – manufactured using bimetal technology, combining high corrosion resistance with increased hardness of the drilling tip.
The thread is surface-hardened (while the shank retains its flexibility). It is protected against corrosion with a ZF coating.
Stainless steel sealing washer with vulcanized EPDM – resistant to temperature fluctuations and UV radiation. The special shape of the washer ensures proper positioning of the sealing material on the outer layer of the mounted material, guaranteeing full tightness of the connection.

The thread extended up to the head prevents screw overdriving and ensures strong clamping of the connected elements. It allows installation without a sealing washer in applications where watertightness is not required.
Special drilling tip geometry – reduces screw slipping during installation and ensures drilling with a reduced amount of chips.
