Installation guide

Installation manual

Installation step by step

1

Put on protective gloves and thoroughly clean the working surface to remove dust, dirt, and grease. Remove any frost from the working substrate. Before use, ensure that the can is at a positive temperature. The optimum can temperature is +20°C.

2

Application temperature from +5°C to +30°C.

3

Shake the can vigorously for approximately 30 seconds to ensure thorough mixing of the ingredients.

4

Attach the gun to the can. The working position should be "upside down".

5

Moisten the surfaces to be applied with water.

6

Fill the gaps from bottom to top in a zigzag pattern, alternating from one side to the other. Fill the gaps up to 60% of their depth, but not more than 3-4 cm per layer. Gaps wider than 3-4 cm should be filled in layers, after each preceding layer has hardened. After the foam has fully cured, use a knife to cut off any excess and protect it from UV rays by covering it with plaster, paint, acrylic, or silicone. If there is a pause longer than five minutes, clean the applicator nozzle with a foam cleaner. When removing the gun from the can, clean both the nozzle and the gun (both externally and internally) with a cleaner.
