"PARUS" residential estate

Parus represents the category of club-type residential compounds. It was designed by taking the latest architectural and technological trends into consideration, and the corresponding solutions were used in construction.

Its monolithic frame made of reinforced concrete ensures maximised seismic resistance. The building’s facade is insulated with Rockwool-branded mineral wool. The CW 50-HI aluminium facade system from the Belgian company Reynaers provides for the acoustic and thermal insulation, ensuring high comfort and minimised heating costs.

The new buildings are also protected against wind and fire. The special Seaside A process of pre-treatment of the facade profiles using the unique Coatex paint is a guarantee of the best and longest protection as well as appealing and exceptional visual quality of the building.

The building is equipped with the Gen2-premier MRL lifts by Otis, and there is a boiler room built on the roof, featuring the Wessex ModuMax boilers of British make. The systems currently being installed include those which enable control of access to the premises and the car park, the alarm and fire fighting system, the continuous surveillance system as well as the door intercom controlled via the internet.
