Fire-resistant Rawlplug insulation fixings support the resumption of construction after fire incident at The Warsaw Hub
The Warsaw Hub is a technologically advanced office and hotel complex located in the rapidly developing Wola district of Warsaw. Comprising three buildings with a total usable area of 118,000 m², it is one of the largest office investments in Poland. With proximity to the Palace of Culture and Science and Warsaw Central Station, it offers excellent transport connections across the city.
A hub for business and startups
The Warsaw Hub provides 75,000 m² of office space and 7,000 m² of co-working areas, tailored to the needs of corporations and startups. The complex also includes a conference center, retail and dining facilities, and a fitness center. Two hotels – Crowne Plaza (4-star) and Holiday Inn Express (3-star) – offer a total of 430 rooms. With a direct connection to Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station, it is a prime location for companies looking for modern office space in the heart of the city.
Google Campus Warsaw
Beyond being a business hub, The Warsaw Hub is also an innovation center. One of its buildings houses Google Campus Warsaw, a space dedicated to startups and tech entrepreneurs. Google Campus provides office space, industry events, and mentoring programs, fostering an ideal environment for business growth in Central and Eastern Europe.
Hub Gallery and engagement in the arts
The modern and minimalist architecture of The Warsaw Hub is distinguished by its 86-meter-high tower. The complex is also engaged in cultural projects, such as the Sky Art Gallery within Hub Gallery, where an abstract installation by Łukasz Stokowski was exhibited 130 meters above ground.
Sustainable development
The investment was carried out by Ghelamco Poland, a leading player in the commercial real estate market. Ghelamco is known for projects like Warsaw Spire, which has gained international recognition. The Warsaw Hub was designed with sustainability in mind, offering modern and eco-friendly office spaces.
