Installation guide

Installation manual

Installation step by step

1

Drill a hole to the required diameter and depth for rebar size being used.

2

Blow out the dust at least 4 times with the hand pump.

3

Clean drilled hole 4 times.

4

Remove drill cuttings from the hole using the hand pump four times.

5

Unscrew the cap and screw on the resin dispensing tip.

6

Place the cartridge in the dispenser.

7

When starting dispensing from a new package, discard approximately 10-15 cm of unmixed resin.

8

Fill with resin 70% of the depth of the hole, starting from the bottom of the hole.

9

Immediately after dispensing the resin, insert the rod into the hole with a twisting motion.

10

Remove the unnecessary amount of resin that flowed from the hole and wait for the appropriate time for the resin to cure.

11

A bonded anchor with a threaded rod is correctly installed in the concrete substrate.

12

Drill a hole to the required diameter and depth for rebar size being used.

13

Hollow substrates: insert mesh sleeve into the hole.

14

Solid substrates: Insert the mixer nozzle to the bottom of the drill hole and inject resin, slowly withdrawing the nozzle as the hole is filled to 70% of its depth.

15

Immediately after dispensing the resin, insert the rod into the hole with a twisting motion.

16

Remove excess resin that has flowed out of the hole and allow the resin to set properly.

17

Attach fixture and tighten the nut to the required torque.

18

Bonded anchor with the threaded rod is properly installed.
