Installation manual

Installation step by step

Drill hole to the required diameter and depth for stud size being used. Drilling depth of min 60 mm in concrete and 80 mm in other approved materials.

Blow out dust at least 4 times with a hand pump.

Lightly tap the plastic sleeve through the insulation material into hole with a hammer, until fixing depth is reached.

Lightly tap the plastic nail into the plastic sleeve until fixing is secure and flush with insulation material. Embedment depth of min 60 mm in approved materials.

In soft insulation panels the fixing should be combined with insulation retaining plates KWL 90, 110, 140 mm.
