Operation of sinker EDMs in the production of parts and subassemblies for injection moulds as well as of other machines and equipment, 3D modelling, participation in production tests – these are just some of the challenges that await students attending Rawlplug’ traineeship programme.

Centre for Aviation Research and Vocational Training Centre in Wrocław. Cavan Institute from Ireland. Spain’s Universidad Laboral de Culleredo, CIFP Universidade Laboral, CIFP BIDASOA LHII, and CIFP Don Bosco – young talents from all of the above educational institutions will have the opportunity in the coming months to have a look at the daily routines at Rawlplug’s manufacturing plant in Wrocław. Actually, not only to have a look, but also to participate on a hands-on basis under the supervision of experienced mentors.

This is an excellent learning opportunity for them. Thanks to the traineeship scheme, they can talk to professional operators, learn more about high-end machines, tools, and technologies, as well as about the design and construction of injection moulds, along with all the workpieces we produce.

Apart from learning experience, the traineeship is also a chance to start a career in an international company like Rawlplug.

I hope that we will be able to recruit one or two new promising employees.
