HR Asia. Rawlplug among Asia's Top Workplaces

A total of 740 companies from around the world participated in this year's edition of the prestigious event. The best employers were selected based on a survey of more than 53,000 employees.

HR Asia – Best Companies to Work for in Asia is a program that recognizes and rewards organizations that follow the best management practices and ensure an excellent work culture. The annual awards are all the more prestigious because the winners are the result of employee voting. 

This year, Krzysztof Wozniak accepted one of the 130 statuettes on behalf of Rawlplug at a grand gala in Vietnam. 

The nomination and the presence in such a prestigious international group was already a source of pride for us. The start of our operations in Vietnam is not so long ago, in 2021. Without the great team of our extremely dedicated employees, we would not have been able to quickly set up the right infrastructure and implement so many processes and technologies according to European standards. My sincere thanks go to Kenneth Patrick Fabella, Managing Director of Rawlplug Vietnam, and Linh-Thi Dinh from the HR department. Without you, this success would not have been possible.

The Vietnamese Plant plays a key role in the Group's supply chain. The 10,000 square meter facility in Binh Duong Province currently employs more than 200 people. But Rawlplug's presence in Asia is not limited to Vietnam. We are also increasingly active in countries such as Thailand and Singapore. 

In line with Rawlplug's sustainability strategy, our ambition and priority is to build our business around local communities. We pay special attention to good working conditions, safety and the environment. We are pleased to see that our efforts in this regard have been recognized by the employees themselves. This is the first time that we have participated in the HR Asia Gala. However, I am very keen to prove in the coming years that we did not win this award by chance.
