Rawlplug Slovakia – our Slovak branch changes it's name

Rawlplug Slovakia currently employs 9 people, serving several hundred customers on a 24-hour product delivery basis throughout the country. We rank among the leading providers of fixing solutions for facade and flat roof thermal insulation works. This is an area of the construction sector where new challenges keep emerging in connection with the energy transition of the entire country – a significant change of which we are an integral part.

One of the most remarkable successes of the Slovak team this year was obtaining an approval for Rawlplug’s products to be used in the construction of bridges and motorway overpasses in the entire country. Our bonded anchors, accompanied by a design service, have been recognised as the optimal solution for contractors, paving the way for us to get on board both ongoing and planned infrastructure projects in Slovakia in the coming years.

The local sales team met on 15 August to recap the first half of this year – a period that proved very challenging for the entire Slovak construction market.
