Shake can vigorously for 30 seconds to mix properly components.

Screw the gun to the can. The working position during assembly should be the "upside down" position of the can.

Fill the gaps from bottom to top, in a zigzag pattern, alternating from one side to the other. Fill the gaps up to 60% of the depth, but not more than 5 cm per layer. Gaps wider than 5 cm should be filled in layers, after the previous layer has hardened.

When work is finished, there is a possibility to leaving the can connected with the gun. To avoid accidental foam application block the handweel.

Disconnect the gun from the can with PU foam. Spray basket of gun using Rawlplug PU Foam Cleaner.

Screw the can with the cleaner on the gun to avoid curing the foam inside the gun. Then press the gun lever several times until the internal parts of the gun are completely cleaned of PU foam. If the foam hardens in the gun, the cleaner will not dissolve it. Never use water to clean the gun. Cured foam in the gun renders it unusable. It can be removed mechanically after disassembling the gun. To do this, unscrew the adjusting screw and pull out the needle. Before reassembling, clean the needle with a cleaner and lubricate it before inserting it into the gun. Dry all cleaned surfaces thoroughly.".

Gun cleaning: - Disconnect the gun from the PU foam container and remove the remaining PU foam from the gun by pressing the gun lever.
