Extreme teambuilding – Rawlplug in Georgia!
Our top sales people went on a great Georgian adventure. This is the result of the first ever RawlToolTrip competition for the entire international Rawlplug Sales team. Check out what it was like!
They worked hard for it, motivated by competition. They fought fro 6 months for a place on this trip. “Great adventure”, “unforgettable emotions”, “best idea”. - that's what they say now that the dust from traversing Georgia's wilderness has settled.
Adrenaline, views and delicious food
From the beginning, the idea was clear - to spend time actively, in nature and by traveling. Mountain trekking, offroad, horseback riding, rafting and even paragliding! This is how the winners of the Rawlplug sales contest - 20 people from all over the world - spent their time.
Did you know…?
🌐 Among the winning 20 were 4 people from Thailand, 4 from Romania, 2 from Spain, 2 from Portugal and 8 from Poland. Unfortunately, 2 Italians (Gianluigi and Alessandro, who won the entire competition) could not join due to an important trade show that was held on a conflicting date.
🤝 This is the first such trip at Rawlplug and the first international integration of the sales force.
🚙We traveled in a Mitsubishi Delicia - a car perfectly suited for the Georgian wilderness.
🥘 Food! Not the only one, but definitely a very strong factor, motivating us to return as soon as possible. BEST
💪We spent 5 days in Georgia. No luxuries, lying on the beach and quiet sightseeing, but on an active adventure.
🏔️Był including extreme offroad, trekking, paragliding, horseback riding and rafting.
🪂As many as 14 people flew on a paraglider!

There was also relaxation in the baths, local beverages and delicious food for which Georgia is famous. It was 5 intense days, which the team from Portugal, Thailand, Romania, Spain and Poland will not forget so soon. It was extreme and active, but no one was fazed! As many as 14 people flew by paraglider!
Nothing integrates like adventure
It was with this thought that the participants said goodbye at Warsaw Okecie on October 14. Driving through the wilderness and uninhabited regions of the Caucasus, the stone pointed towers of Tusheti and medieval residential towers, horseback riding at an altitude of 2,000 meters above sea level, 15 km of rafting on the rough Aragvi River, paragliding - an intense, emotional 5 days contributed to building beautiful relationships.

The formula of no luxuries, typical sightseeing, or lying on the beach certainly worked. Movement, fresh air, breathtaking views, delicious food and wine, the hospitality of the Georgians and adrenaline made sure that the smiles did not leave the crew's faces.
We hope to repeat the action next year! And where will we go? That remains to be seen!
