Rawlplug Vietnam took part in exciting firefighting training!
Rawlplug Vietnam has proven once again that safety is our top priority. Thanks to exceptional teamwork and dedication, our employees earned awards in the firefighting competition, demonstrating that we are ready to face any challenge!
In October, Rawlplug Vietnam, alongside Knoxx LTD and Sunlitetek LTD, joined forces to compete in an exciting firefighting competition at BW Bau Bang Industrial. The main challenge was not only to train the teams but also to put their skills to the test in controlled conditions. This unique event gave companies from the region the opportunity to review their procedures and strengthen their preparedness for potential emergencies.
Safety in practice – the importance of firefighting training
Regular firefighting drills play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our facilities. Through these exercises, employees learn how to respond in crisis situations, which translates into a greater sense of security in their everyday work.

Such initiatives also help foster cooperation between neighboring companies, which in practice allows for better preparation and collective response to potential threats. While protecting company assets is important, the health and safety of our people are paramount. That’s why we are glad to take part in initiatives that support our readiness in these crucial areas.
The Rawlplug Vietnam team
The event brought together 27 companies, and 105 employees were divided into 10 teams. Rawlplug Vietnam, under the leadership of Ms. Hằng Mai, who was appointed as team leader, assembled a group of 10 people representing the HR, Warehouse, Production, and Maintenance departments.
The enthusiasm and dedication that the team brought to the competition were evident from the very first minutes, further boosting the morale of the entire group. Rawlplug's team joined Team No. 8 to take on the challenges presented by the firefighting competition together. It was not only a test of knowledge but also an experience that strengthened their collaboration and preparedness for potential emergency situations.
Event highlights
The competition was an excellent opportunity to refresh theoretical knowledge and practically test how we handle high-risk situations. Participants faced a series of challenging exercises, covering the most critical aspects of fire safety – from extinguishing fires to rescue operations and emergency evacuations.
The tasks presented teams with unexpected challenges that required quick reactions and close collaboration. It was not only a test of skills but also an excellent opportunity to strengthen readiness and confidence in the face of real crises.
Individual and team successes
The competition was divided into two parts, each of which gave Rawlplug Vietnam reasons to be proud.
- Individual awards
Out of 105 participants, 10 were recognized for their achievements, and among them were two representatives from Rawlplug. Bui Thi Thuy from the HR department and Pham Khanh Linh, an HR intern, earned individual awards for their exceptional performance. Congratulations!
- Team triumphs
Teams competed in two rounds, showcasing outstanding preparation and teamwork. Team No. 8, which included Rawlplug Vietnam, performed remarkably well and earned a distinction for their firefighting simulation efforts.
