Record-breaking One Za'abel
In Dubai, the largest city in the United Arab Emirates, every new development project must be superlative in some respect: the highest, the longest, the most luxurious. And no different is the case of One Za'abel with its record-breaking cantilever bridge between two towers, known as The Link.
With 220 m in length, the world’s longest (Guinness World Record) cantilevered platform, The Link, forms a part of the One Za'abel residential, leisure, and business compound in Dubai. Suspended 100 m above the ground, the structure functions as a sky bridge linking two luxury skyscrapers, but it could just as well be considered a standalone feature, abounding in attractions, such as a panoramic (360 degrees) view of the city, swimming pools, and restaurants, to name just a few.

Downtown Dubai is not just a place for business
Designed by a team of the world’s leading architects (Nikken Sekkei agency from Japan), the building has risen in the very heart of Dubai, providing its visitors with excellent access to the city’s business districts. However, One Za'abel’s extensive offering is not designed exclusively to satisfy those travelling in business. Next to comfortable office spaces, the compound also holds residential, hospitality, retail, as well as leisure and sports facilities.
