Pristina City Center
Pristina is not only the hometown of two pop stars, since that is precisely where Rita Ora was born and Dua Lipa grew up. It is also an increasingly dynamic and thriving hub of economic growth.
One of the most evident highlights of this process is Pristina City Center, attracting the attention of both residents of Kosovo’s capital city and investors from around the world.
PCC is a true gem of the local construction industry and architecture, rightly earning admiration for conceptual uniqueness, professional execution, and tribute to ecology, the latter being inherent in the sustainable development of investors and of the entire city (waste management, energy conservation, green roofs). The goal underlying this ambitious project was to create a high-end and vibrant city centre, catering to all the needs of the local community, expecting access to modern services and attractions, as well as of the tourists visiting Pristina in growing numbers.
Pristina’s attractions captured between two towers
This comprehensive development project combines a variety of functions and services. The main building along with its two towers: Eastern and Western, hold as many as 368 luxury residential apartments, a shopping centre (with a total of 108 stores) with high fashion boutiques, restaurants, cafés, a cinema, and other recreational attractions, as well as 55 offices and 1,680 parking spaces. This is not only an outstanding achievement of the local construction industry, but also an investment which yields huge benefits for the city oriented towards the needs of its young generation. PCC is already aptly perceived as a hub of modernity, proudly representing Pristina and building an image consistent with the city’s ambitions.
Anchoring technology? Rawlplug, obviously!
The development of PCC, which took a total of five years, was a large-scale undertaking which required advanced technologies, robust tools, reliable fixing solutions, and consultations with qualified specialists from around the world. The fact that we were among this international group of experts has given us great satisfaction and another proof that our anchoring technology and reliable products, such as the R-FF1 universal frame fixings, the R-KEM II universal bonded anchors, and the R-PLS mesh sleeves, have consistently and invariably proven themselves under projects where strength, durability, quality, and safety are of utmost importance.
