Test on the construction site - frame fixings R-FF1-N
In September, we held a presentation of our products at another investment project. The hero of the meeting, which underwent professional pull-out tests, was our top frame fixing R-FF1-N, ideal for solid and durable fixings in aerated concrete. The tests were designed to demonstrate the potential of this type of fastening.
The R-FF1-N-10K100 frame fixing is a universal dowel with a flange and hexagonal head, recommended for many applications. It is designed primarily for fixing hard materials - ideal for mounting structures and steel or aluminum substructures on facades. The design of the dowel and the material used guarantee the highest performance in all substrate categories according to ETAG 020 (A, B, C, D). According to ETA-12/0398, the declared characteristic load capacity in aerated concrete, depending on the substrate class, ranges from 0.40 kN (2MPa) - 0.90 kN (6MPa).
Site testing is a professional service of Rawlplug. Tests of fastenings can be carried out both at the stage of design work, to determine the load-bearing capacity of the substrate and select the appropriate fastening system, and after the installation has already been carried out.
