We are more than happy – and truly proud – to announce that Rawlplug Vietnam Company Limited has completed the second stage of the certification audit, and obviously, with a positive result.

With the new equipment, Rawlplug’s R&D Department is now capable of accurately examining the inner microstructure of metal samples without interfering with them.

Together with three befriended companies based in Lithuania, Rawlplug organised a conference comprising a series of seminars intended exclusively for professionals.

We are proud to announce that our fixings played a crucial role in the development of a state-of-the-art urban design project which has received international recognition, shortlisted as a finalist in the prestigious MIPIM Awards competition. This achievement highlights the value of collaboration!

We closed the first quarter of 2024 with four successfully completed audits. Our FPC activity also comprised the continuously growing manufacturing plant in Thailand.

The long-standing cooperation with the Croatian company Rotometal ING has been developing to our great satisfaction. First, we hosted and trained our distributor at our HQ, and then we were invited to one of the largest industry fairs held in Croatia. Read more about our visit.

In the heart of the Maganik mountains, a group of speleologists chose Rawlplug’s products to accompany them in a trial of challenges. As an official partner of the expedition, we were honoured to provide the equipment that withstood harsh conditions of exploration and contributed to its completion!

Prototypes, new products, and ever-growing market demand – they all make the engineering of new injection moulds on a regular basis a necessity for Rawlplug’s HQ.

There is no room for coincidence here. The consistent and systemic development of the Chemicals Production Department can be perceived as a model example of the implementation of Rawlplug’s development strategy. Similar processes now cover all areas of the production activity conducted at our HQ.

Operation of sinker EDMs in the production of parts and subassemblies for injection moulds as well as of other machines and equipment, 3D modelling, participation in production tests – these are just some of the challenges that await students attending Rawlplug’ traineeship programme.

The new application implemented at Rawlplug in Wrocław improves the management of safety data sheets, thereby increasing employee safety. It also allows us to respond to environmental emergencies more quickly and effectively.

The day before, she was there at our headquarters, in the office on Kwidzyńska. She talked to us, joked and made plans for the future. We now take a moment to remember Krystyna Koelner, founder of the Koelner company (based in Wroclaw) and co-author of Rawlplug's international success.

The manufacturing plant in Vietnam has gone through another successful audit. A positive assessment from TÜV means that we can proceed to the second stage of certification.

The PSB trade show is an event we always save a date for, while we experience its outcomes over the entire year. We consider it to be an investment that bears fruits which ripen long after the event is over. Rawlplug’s stands always attract a lot of attention, and it proved its worth once again!

New machines, different printing technology, and acceleration worthy of a leader. A label printing shop has just been commissioned next to Rawlplug’s HQ, taking us to the next level in terms of self-sufficiency.

The FM certification for our flagship mechanical anchor confirms that it meets the requirements of fire protection installations made in compliance with the FM Global standard worldwide.

There are very few sports facilities which can boast such a long and impressive history as Yves-du-Manoir near Paris. We are extremely happy at Rawlplug to have just become a part of it.

For many years, we have regularly provided financial support to local sports initiatives, and not only clubs such as WKS, Panthers Wrocław, or WKK (Wrocław Basketball Club), but also the Wrocław ŚWIT Deaf Sports Club.

It accumulates energy when this pays off, while giving it back when needed. After two years of work and a series of tests, Rawlplug has implemented a patented invention, which has no equal in the world, at its Wrocław plant.

In Dubai, the largest city in the United Arab Emirates, every new development project must be superlative in some respect: the highest, the longest, the most luxurious. And no different is the case of One Za'abel with its record-breaking cantilever bridge between two towers, known as The Link.

Our new Bangkok plant succesfully took over as the exclusive supplier of bonded anchors in glass capsules within the Rawlplug Group. Over the past several months, it has reached a production capacity of around 1 million bonded anchors in glass capsules per year.
