Located on Chau Van Liem Street in Nam Tu Liem District, the Hong Ngoc Hospital comprises 18 floors and 2 basements, covering a total gross building area of nearly 37,000 m². As one of Northern Vietnam’s leading healthcare providers, it has set the standard for medical and beauty services for over 20 years, consistently offering exceptional patient care.
The first of its kind
Hong Ngoc was the first private hospital in Northern Vietnam, pioneering the "hospital-hotel" model in 2003. Over two decades, it has grown to be a top healthcare provider in the region, renowned for its:

Innovative construction and medical excellence
Hong Ngoc – Phuc Truong Minh Hospital is the first in Vietnam to implement both UK’s HBN (Health Building Note) standards and BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology. It also meets the Australian healthcare standard (ACHSI), solidifying its reputation for excellence in surgery, recognized by the Royal Surgical College (RSC).
Rawlplug’s contribution
In this ambitious project, Rawlplug’s R-KEX-II Epoxy Resin played a key role in several critical applications:
- rebar installation for the basements,
- rebar installation for the ramps,
- remedial works to correct deviations in Coupler positions.
The R-KEX-II is a high-performance bonded anchor based on epoxy resin, ideal for both cracked and non-cracked concrete. Approved for post-installed rebar connections with threaded rods, it ensures structural integrity even in wet conditions. With extended working time and high chemical resistance, R-KEX-II excels in demanding environments, ensuring the hospital’s construction remains safe and durable, securing the building for both patients and staff.
