Above and below the waterline! We are proud that our products played a key role in the redevelopment of Puck Port, contributing to the enhancement of its fishing, tourism, and sailing functions. Being part of such a project is a great opportunity to demonstrate the reliability of our solutions!

Coastal environments impose unique demands on materials. High salinity, fluctuating temperatures, strong winds, and constant exposure to water and UV radiation are just some of the challenges they must withstand. Our products have been tested in numerous extreme conditions, which is why we confidently employed our proven solutions during the port redevelopment project, knowing they would handle any obstacle that arose along the way.

The first stage of the redevelopment focused on enhancing the functionality and safety of the new infrastructure. In November 2022, a fire destroyed the restaurant section of Puck's yacht marina, and although this tragic event was unrelated to the upcoming modernization, it clearly highlighted the importance of upgrading and securing the port against future threats. As part of the works, the North Breakwater was constructed, now shielding the Fishing Basin from waves, along with a 180-meter fixed pier and three smaller floating docks. This development created 98 new mooring spaces, significantly boosting the marina's capacity.

Our R-KEX-II-600 chemical anchors were used in the project, enabling the secure anchoring of Ø12 and Ø16 threaded rods during the installation of fenders and port lanterns. Thanks to these solutions, the port has gained a new level of durability, meeting the needs of users and withstanding the everyday challenges of maritime operations. To ensure the optimal use of our products, we organized a specialized training session for the installation team, and our dedicated EasyFix program allowed for the creation of a precise model for lantern mounting, significantly speeding up and simplifying the installation process.
