From 1st to 6th April, we are implementing a new ERP system that will improve order processing through automation. During this period, there will be a temporary pause in order fulfilment.

Our new Bangkok plant succesfully took over as the exclusive supplier of bonded anchors in glass capsules within the Rawlplug Group. Over the past several months, it has reached a production capacity of around 1 million bonded anchors in glass capsules per year.

This investment is special not only to us, but also to the entire city we are bound with and where our HQ is based. The finishing works in the interiors of the Old Head Office (Stara Dyrekcja in Polish) building, intended to become Rawlplug’s future home, have just begun.

Technical Support, Documentation and Laboratory staff completed a two-day training session. Held in Zagórze Śląskie, the training was crucial in the context of close collaboration within Rawlplug’s research & development area, to which all the aforementioned departments belong.

The S7 expressway investment project is based on the premises that not only is it going to be the longest expressway in Poland, but also one of the most significant routes. We are glad to have contributed to the development of its subsequent section.

The bypass of the town of Niemodlin is another important road investment completed using Rawlplug’s products. The 11.5-kilometre-long section is one of four bypasses currently being developed in Opolskie Voivodeship.

It’s already happening. Making the most of the capabilities of the latest 3D printers, we can design optimised plastic cooling systems, which effectively shortens the parts production cycle by up to 40 per cent.

It is so precise that it enables three-dimensional measurement of skin wrinkles. However, the highly specialised digital microscope from Keyence performs a slightly different function at Rawlplug.

New, solid roof, and more space. Rawlplug’s employees commuting on bicycles can now use the parking area renovated and upgraded by their colleagues.

We did announce that 2023 would be the year of the bat, and we are keeping our word. Continuing our collaboration with the biologists from the University of Wrocław, we seek to consistently provide space for the animals dwelling in and around our home area.

Our electric car has already been recharging batteries there. But this is just the beginning, since the equipment installed in Kwidzyńska street will also serve our visitors, customers, and employees.

Not every building needs to be 100 storeys tall to be admirable, nor must it be made of steel to command respect. This is especially the case when respect and admiration are due to the people that work inside.

As surely befits a company operating in the construction industry, we have taken care of the local mason bees, commonly recognised as flying wall construction specialists.

Dacia One Bucharest, the Tandem Office Building, the Bucharest Metro – these are only some of the impressive investments that have been completed in Romania using our products. After ten very successful years in the Romanian market, Rawlplug is making an even more marked presence there now.

The Synergy Group conference and trade show is an annual event, recently held this year on 7–10 September at the Pullman Hotel in Albert Park, Melbourne.
